| 头汗一症,张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中早有详细论述,后世医家多有补充。论述了各医家对鼻汗、额汗、颈汗、半边头汗、蒸笼头、饮食汗、但头汗出等的认识和分析,系统归纳出头汗症分为实证、虚证、里虚表实证,且头汗症与心、胃、脾、肺、肾等脏腑亦有辨证关系,为头汗症的临床辨证论治打下基础。 |

| The perspiration on the forehead has already been discussed in detail in Treatise on Exogenous Fibrile Disease and Miscellaneous Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing.It has been supplemented by the clinical practitioners of later ages.This article has discussed the nose sweating,forehead sweating,neck sweating,half-head sweating,stem-like sweating of head,eating and drinking sweating and head sweating.At first the perspiration on the forehead has been distinguished into excess syndrome,deficiency syndrome,and syndrome of interior deficiency and exterior excess.The perspiration over the head has also differentiation relationship with heart,stomach,lung,spleen and kidney etc. |
