| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察健脾补肾方含药血清对体外培养小鼠脾细胞周期影响。[方法]用血清药理学方法,流式细胞仪技术检测健脾补肾方含药血清对体外培养48h后小鼠脾细胞DNA周期影响。[结果]健脾补肾方含药血清高浓度组DNA合成前期细胞百分比显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),并且含药血清各浓度组DNA合成期(S期)细胞均高于对照组(P<0.01),而DNA合成后期及有丝分裂期(G2/M期)细胞只有高浓度组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾补肾方含药血清可以促进小鼠脾细胞的增值。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the effects of the medicine-contained serum of Jianpi Bushen Prescription(invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney)on spleen cell cycle of mice cultured in vitro.[Methods] The influence of Jianpi Bushen Prescription on DNA cycle of mice spleen cell 48 hours after culture was determined with flowcytometry.[Results] The ratio of G0/G1-phase cells in the treatment group with high concentration of the prescription was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).In addition the ratio of S-phase of cells in all the treatment group at different concentration was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).But the cells at G2/M-phase was higher only at the high concentration than that in the control(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Jianpi Bushen Prescription may promote the proliferation of the cultured mice spleen cells. |
