临床中药学应当坚持医药结合全方位发展——关于临床中药学发展若干问题的思考

摘要:

目前,对临床中药学的学科属性、存在形态、研究领域及内容等问题,认识不一、歧义颇多,在一定程度上影响了该学科的建设与发展。建设和发展临床中药学,重要的基点之一就是坚持医药结合,全面开展中医学与中药学结合、传统研究与现代研究结合、临床研究与实验研究结合的工作,达到并实现“老药新用,常药特用,优化量效,提高用药安全”。为此,从4个方面作了探讨分析,涉及临床中药学的属性、任务与特点,基础、主要研究领域、内容与存在形态,发展方向与途径,人才的知识与能力,学科体系及其与中药学其他学科的关系;并强调指出:在建好用好专类实验室、文献理论研究室的同时,建设和用好临床研究基地(室),是当前临床中药学学科建设与发展中尤其应加强的工作。

Abstract:

At present, there are some different recognitions and contrary opinions on the attribution of branch of knowledge, existed form, research domain and research content in clinical Chinese drug science. These problems have affected the construction and development of the science in a certain degree. One of the important problems in the development and construction of clinical Chinese drug science is insisting on integrating medicine and drug, TCM and TCD, traditional study and modern study, clinical research and experimental research in order to achieve a end point where the old medicine is used in new curative therapy, common drug is used particularly, curative effect and dosage has been optimized and the safety of medicine has been enhanced. We have discussed in this article the attribution, task and characteristic, foundation, main study domain, research content and existed form, developmental direction and pathway, knowledge and ability of talents, scientific system and its relationship to other branches of Chinese drugs. It has been indicated that constructing and using well the clinical research base is the work, requiring strengthened presently in the construction and development of the branch of knowledge of the clinical Chinese drug science simultaneously with building well a special laboratory and carrying out the investigation of literature theory.
