中医药治疗小儿癫痫疗效评定标准体系的研究

摘要:

临床疗效的评价标准是中医药学目前研究的热点之一,随着医学的发展,过去沿用的有关小儿癫痫疗效评定的标准已愈来愈显示出它的局限性,文章提出评价中医药治疗小儿癫痫的疗效,应将发作情况、脑电图、中医证候、认知功能以及生活质量等方面进行综合评价,使之既能反映中医中药的治疗优势,又能被国内外医学界认可接受。

Abstract:

Evaluating criteria of clinical therapeutic effect was one of the interesting researches at present. As the medical science develops some limitations have been appeared in the evaluating criteria of children epilepsy used in the past. We put forward that the evaluation criteria of therapeutic effect on children epilepsy should be based on the integrated assessment, including the onset condition, EEG, TCM syndrome, the function in recognition, quality of life and other aspects in order to fully reflect the priority of TCM therapy and be accepted by the medical science field at both domestic and foreign country.
