摘要:

[目的]中医证候诊断标准的评价。[方法]用循证医学的理论和方法进行系统评价,主要是采用诊断性试验的方法和依据大规模临床试验、观察性研究或多个研究的荟萃(Meta)分析的结论评价和修订标准。[结果]证候诊断标准的循证评价可以分为几个方面:对证候诊断标准研究质量的系统评价、诊断标准的诊断效能评价、诊断标准的临床评价等。[结论]诊断标准的正确性是保证中医临床疗效的根本,也是各种证候研究的基础和前提。

Abstract:

[Objective] The research of TCM syndrome diagnosis standards.[Methods] The evaluation must be carried out by using the medical theoried and methods along syndrome, mainly the diagnostic test and according to the conclusions of clinical trials in large scale, observational test or the Meta analysis of several studies to evaluate and revise the standards.[Results] The evaluation along syndrome on the standard in TCM syndrome diagnosis may be divided into several aspects: systematic evaluation on the study quality of the standard of syndrome diagnosis, assessment of diagnostic efficacy of the diagnostic standard and the clinical assessment of the diagnostic standard.[Conclustion] The accuracy of the diagnostic standard of TCM syndromes was the fundamental ensurement for TCM clinical curative effect and the basis and prerequisite in other study in this field.
