摘要:

[目的]观察宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,对照组20例。治疗组用院内制剂宣肺咳喘方治疗;对照组给予邦备片(盐酸班布特罗)治疗,记录两组患者治疗前后症状、肺功能及第1s用力呼气容积(FEV₁)降低20%所需的药物累积量(PD₂₀FEV₁)的变化情况。[结果]治疗组在总体疗效、改善咳嗽症状方面均好于对照组;治疗后两组患者PD₂₀FEV₁均升高,但组间比较无统计学差异。[结论]宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定,总体疗效优于邦备片组,且具有明显的降低气道高反应性的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Xuanfei Kechuan (promoting the dispersing function of the lung and treating Cough, XFKCF) prescription in treating cough variant asthma.[Methods] Sixty patients with cough variant asthma were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuanfei kechuan prescription and that in control group with bambec troche. The symptoms of all patients before and after treatment were recorded. The function of lung and PD₂₀FEV₁ were also determined.[Results] The total symptoms, times and degree of cough in treated group were better than that in control with significant difference. PD₂₀FEV₁ increased in both groups and there was a obvious difference before and after treatment. However, there was no difference between these two groups.[Conclusions] XFKCF has definite therapeutic effect on cough variant cough. The total effect is superior to that of Bambec troche. It can also decrease the high reaction of respiratory tract.
