升降胶囊治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究

摘要:

[目的]观察升降胶囊治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。[方法]将51例经内镜确诊的GERD患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(25例),治疗组予升降胶囊,对照组予法莫替丁片和吗丁啉,疗程均为8周。分别检测和记录两组治疗前后症状评分、内镜检查、24hpH监测和胃动素,观察上述指标治疗前后两组间变化情况。[结果]两组治疗后其症状积分、长时间反流次数、pH<4的反流时间、pH<4的反流总百分时间和血胃动素水平均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]升降胶囊对GERD具有良好的治疗效果。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sheng-jiang(Ascending and descending) Capsule on gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD). [Methods] Fifty-one GERD patients diagnosed by endoscope were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were given with Sheng-jiang Capsule and that of control group with Famotidine and Domperidone tablet. The symptom score, endoscopic examination, 24 h pH monitor and the change of motilin before and after the treatment between the two groups were observed. [Results] The improvement extent of treatment group was obviously superior than that of control group (P<0.05). The symptoms score, reflux frequency, the time, less than pH4 and motilin level in the treatment group were also improved obviously compared with that in the control group. [Conclusion] Sheng-jiang capsule has a better clinical effect on gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
