耳针与体针预防胆心反射的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察耳针与体针预防胆心反射的疗效。[方法]80例患者随机分为4组,I组采用耳针治疗,Ⅱ组采用体针治疗,Ⅲ组采用耳针与体针同时治疗,Ⅳ组不用耳针与体针。观察麻醉前(基础值)、针强刺激3min时、进腹腔时、牵拉胆囊时、关腹腔时的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO₂)及心电图(ECG)的变化。[结果]Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组强刺激3min后明显上升与基础值相比有显著性差异,P<0.05,进腹时、牵拉胆囊时Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组下降明显,P<0.05。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组强刺激3min时HR明显增快,P<0.05,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组牵拉胆囊时明显减慢,Ⅲ组HR较平稳。[结论]耳针和体针并用对心血管调整起着重要作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of ear acupuncture and body acupuncture in preventing gallbllader-heart reflection. [Methods] Eighty patients were randomly divided into four groups: ear acupuncture group(I), body acupuncture group(Ⅱ), ear and body acupuncture group(Ⅲ) and control group(Ⅳ). The change of MAP, HR, SpO₂ and ECG was observed before the anesthesia, stimulation by needle for three minutes, opening and closing belly cavity, dragging the gallbladder. [Results] The MAP, HR, SpO₂ of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were obviously increased by stimulating by needle (P<0.05). But the HR of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ was obviously decreased during dragging gallbladder for three minutes. [Conclusions] The combination with ear and body acupuncture has played an important role for regulating heart blood vessel system.
