| [目的]探讨中药通心络胶囊改善糖尿病冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗及血液高凝状态的临床疗效。[方法]将69例糖尿病冠心病患者随机分为A、B两组。A组采用降糖西药和冠心病常用西药治疗,B组在降糖西药和冠心病常用西药治疗基础上,加用通心络,4粒/次,3次/d,口服。观察治疗前后两组患者胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及凝血指标的变化。[结果]两组患者治疗1个月后,血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、HOMA-IR及凝血指标均有不同程度的明显改善。[结论]中药通心络胶囊在防治和改善糖尿病冠心病患者的胰岛素抵抗及血液高凝状态方面具有一定的疗效。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongxinluo(activating heart collateral)Capsule in improving the insulin resistance and blood hypercoagulation in diabetes patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods] Sixty-nine patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients of group A were treated with routine western medicine and those of B group with Tongxinluo Capsule and routine western medicine.The change of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and the parameters of blood coagulation before and after treatment were observed.[Results] The index of blood sugar,HbAlc,HOMA-IR and blood coagulation was improved at different degree.[Conclusions] The Tongxinluo Capsule has some curative effects in preventing and treating insulin resistance and blood hypercoagulation in diabetes patients with coronary heart disease. |
