摘要:

[目的]观察参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]将患者随机分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组采用常规治疗加参麦注射液治疗,观察疗效。[结果]充血性心力衰竭应用参麦注射液治疗2周后,患者左室收缩功能得到明显改善,未发现药物不良反应。[结论]参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of shenmai(ginseng and ophiopogon japonicus)injection in treating congestive heart failure(CHF).[Methods] The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients of control group were treated by conventional therapy and that of treatment group were treated by conventional therapy and shenmai injection.[Results] The patients with CHF were treated by shenmai injection.The CHF patients of left ventricle contractile function improved obviously with no severe adverse effect.[Conclusions] The shenmai injection was a safe and effective medicine in treating congestive heart failure.
