回神颗粒对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后神经与骨骼肌组织形态学的影响

摘要:

[目的]观察回神颗粒对再生过程中神经组织形态学以及失神经支配的腓肠肌肌细胞形态计量学的影响,探讨其对周围神经损伤的治疗效果。[方法]对清洁级Wistar大鼠行左侧坐骨神经钳夹损伤,制成神经损伤模型,造模成功后用回神颗粒治疗,并设模型组对照。以神经组织HE染色、神经纤维银染和电镜来观察回神颗粒组和模型组的再生组织形态学变化;取腓肠肌组织苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,测量肌细胞截面积,取其平均值。[结果]回神颗粒能明显促进坐骨神经损伤后神经组织形态及失神经支配腓肠肌肌细胞的恢复,腓肠肌肌细胞截面积回神颗粒组与模型组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]回神颗粒是治疗周围神经损伤的有效中药制剂。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Hui-shen(restoring mental function)granule on the morphologic change of nerve tissues and the shape metrology of the calf muscular cells during the regeneration to indicate the therapeutic effect.[Methods] The nerve injury was induced by clamping the left sciatic nerves of Wistar rats.The model rats were administered once a day for 14 days with Hui-shen granula.Finally the nerve tissues was stained with HE and Silver dyeing.We also observed the ultrastructures of nerve tissues.The muscle tissues were stained with HE and the muscle section area of gastroceminus were analyzed.[Results] The Hui-shen granule could significantly accelerate the recovery of nerve and muscle tissues.There was significant difference between the model group and the Hui-shen granule group on the muscle section area of gastroceminus.[Conclusions] The Hui-shen granule is an effective Chinese medicine herb.
