慢性病毒性乙型重型肝炎中医辨证与舌诊客观化指标的关系探讨

摘要:

[目的] 揭示慢性病毒性乙型重型肝炎(简称乙型慢重肝)舌质、舌苔R、G、B值的客观特征。[方法] 采用前瞻性横断面分析及多中心临床调研方法,研究舌质、舌苔R、G、B值在不同证候组之间的差异。[结果] 乙型慢重肝舌质、舌苔R、G、B各组证候的值均低于慢乙肝组;舌质R值肝胆热毒炽盛组最大,且两者均与湿毒壅盛组差异有统计学意义;舌质G、B值的变化趋势为:肝胆热毒炽盛组<热毒阳虚夹杂组<湿毒壅盛组;舌苔R、G、B值变化趋势为:肝胆热毒炽盛组<热毒阳虚夹杂组<湿毒壅盛组。[结论] 舌质、舌苔R、G、B值的变化可以作为区分乙型慢重肝与慢乙肝的参考指标。

Abstract:

[Objective] To reveal the objective characteristic of body of the tongue ,tongue fur and the R,G,B value in chronic severe viral hepatitis B (CSHB).[Methods] The difference of them between the groups with different symptoms and signs was studied prospectively and with the method of cross section analysis and multi-centre clinical investigation.[Results] All of the parameters in CSHB group was obviously lower than that in chronic Hepatitis B group. The R value of the body of tongue was the maximum in the group with domination of pathogenic poison and heat in the liver and gall and there was a significant difference when compared with that in the group with noxious dampness domination. The change tendency of G,B value of body of tongue was:group with domination of pathogenic poison and heat < group with compound heat and pathogenic poison and Yang deficiency < group with noxious dampness domination.[Conclusions] The differentiation of R,G,B value of the body of tongue and tongue fur may be the reference indexes for distinguishing CSHB and chronic Hepatitis B.
