山核桃树枝水煎剂对S180荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤作用的免疫机制研究

摘要:

[目的] 探讨山核桃树枝水煎剂对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用及其抗肿瘤机制。[方法] 采用S₁₈₀肉瘤小鼠模型作为研究对象,观察其对荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响及对CD₄⁺T细胞和CD₈⁺T细胞的调节作用。[结果] 山核桃树枝水煎剂可以提高外周血IL-2水平、降低IL-4水平,可以使CD₄⁺T细胞表达增加,CD₈⁺T细胞表达降低。[结论] 山核桃树枝水煎剂通过调节荷瘤机体异常的免疫状态而发挥抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the regulative effects of decoction of the Branch of Juglans Maxim(DJM) on immunity and the possible mechanism of anti-tumor in tumor-loaded mice with S₁₈₀ tumor cells.[Methods] The influence of DJM on IL-2,IL-4 and the regulative action of DJM on the CD₄⁺T cells and CD₈⁺T cells in mice bearing S₁₈₀ tumor cells were observed.[Results] The level of IL-2 increased(P<0.05) by DJM,but the level of IL-4(P<0.05)decreased. The expression of the CD₄⁺T cells increased(P<0.05) and the expression of the CD₈⁺T cells decreased(P<0.05).[Conclusions] The anti-tumor mechanism of DJM may contribute to the regulative effect on abnormal immunological condition in tumor-loaded mice with S₁₈₀ tumor cells.
