摘要:

[目的] 建立同时测定元胡止痛片中原阿片碱、盐酸小檗碱、延胡索乙素含量的方法。[方法] 采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为KromasilODS-C₁₈(250mm×4.6mm,5µm)熏流动相为乙腈-水(28:72)100mL水中含pH6.0醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲液1mL,流速为0.8mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280nm。[结果] 原阿片碱、盐酸小檗碱、延胡索乙素的线性范围分别为0.05136～1.712μg,0.01068～0.3560µg,0.06792～2.264µg。平均加样回收率分别为99.9%,99.6%,100.5%,RSD分别为0.9%,1.8%,1.3%(n=6)。[结论] 此法操作简便,结果准确,分离效果好,可用于元胡止痛片的质量控制。

Abstract:

[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of protopine,berberine hydrochloride and tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong(Rhizoma corydalis analgesic) tablets.[Methods] The RP-HPLC was used,Kromasil DS-C₁₈(250mm×4.6mm,5µm) column was adopted at 30℃,taking acetonitrile-acetate buffer solution(pH6.0)(28∶72) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280nm.[Results] The linear range of protone,berberine hydrochloride and tetrahydropalmatine was at 0.06848～1.712µg,0.01068～0.3560µg,0.06792～2.264µg respectively. The average recovery rate was 99.9%,99.6%,100.5% respectively. RSD was 0.82%,1.8%,1.3%(n=6).[Conclusions] The method was convenient and can be used for the quality control of Yuanhuzhitong Tablets.
