滋肾调冲法治疗黄体功能不足月经失调的临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察滋肾调冲法治疗黄体功能不足月经失调的临床疗效。[方法]应用滋肾调冲法代表方功血宁Ⅱ号方治疗黄体功能不足所致月经失调56例,观察临床疗效及其对中医症状、基础体温的影响。[结果]经治疗痊愈36例,显效12例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为94.64%。[结论]滋肾调冲法能够健全黄体功能,恢复正常月经周期,并能明显改善全身症状,是治疗黄体功能不足月经失调的有效法则。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ZishenTiaochong(nourishing kidney and regulating CHONG meridian)method in treating menstrual disorders induced by inadequate metoarion function.[Methods] Fifty-six patients were administrated with Gongxuening(treating menstrual disturbance),the representative formula of Zishen Tiaochong method.The clinical effect and effect on TCM symptoms and basal body temperature were observed.[Results] After treatment thirty-six patients were fully recovered,twelve were excellence,five effective and three failured to respond.The total effective rate was 94.64%.[Conclusions] Zishen Tiaochong method can remain the metoarion function in good condition,recover the normal menstrual function and improve the systemic symptoms.
