蒲公英对丘脑下部、脑垂体为中心的性激素的激活作用

摘要:
蒲公英在中国、德国妇产科领域使用比较广泛,特别是用于卵巢功能不全、不孕症、更年期综合征等病的临床。从西医学观点推断,是对丘脑下部、脑垂体、性腺轴的内分泌学机制的干预。该实验对生育期女性服用前和服用3个月后各种激素变化进行探讨。蒲公英中提取的T-1成分为中心,从内分泌学角度探讨其作用机制,并从黄体生成激素释放激素(LH-RH)分泌的观点验证其对排卵和中枢的效果。结果:脑垂体分泌的卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成激素(LH)有上升倾向,泌乳素(PRL)下降,雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)呈上升倾向。痛经、四肢不温等自觉症状明显改善。动物实验显示蒲公英T-1有促进排卵作用,下丘脑LH-RH增加,脑垂体LH-RH增加,认为其作用部位为下丘脑-脑垂体系。进一步使神经传导递质、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、血清素(SR)增加,这些物质也和痴呆关系密切,蒲公英T-1的药理作用的有待进一步研究。

Activating Effect of Dandelion on Sexual Hormone in Hypothalamus and Hypophysis

Abstract:
Dandelion was widely used in gynecology and obstetrics in China and Germany,especially in the clinical treatment of hypoovarianism,infertility and menopausal syndrome etc.In modern medicine,it was proposed that the medicine could afford some intervention with the endocrinologic mechanism in hypothalamus,hypophysis and sexual gland axle.The aim of this experiment is to explore the changes of various kinds of hormones in the women in child-bearing period before and three months after treament,to explore the mechanism from the endocrinology principle and verify the effect of T-1,the main extracted component of dandelion,on ovulation and central system from the viewpoint of LH-RH secretion.These results showed that FSH,LH,E2 and P had an increased tendency,while PRL was decreased.The self-feeling symptoms of dysmenorrhea and limbs chilly were obviously improved.T-1 could accelerate ovulation,increase LH-RH content of hypothalamus and hypophysis in excperiment.It was considered that the site of effect was hypothalami and hypophysis system.T-1 could further increase the lever of nerve conduction transmitter,such as NE,DA and SR.These substances might closely correlated to the attack of dementia.The pharmacological effects were worthy of deeply investigation in the future.
