再议完善辨证方法体系的几个问题

摘要:

传统中医辨证方法很多,各有特色,但不易推广。完善辨证方法体系的研究,目的是综合各种辨证方法的特点,丰富及规范证治内容。在此项研究中,要注意几个重要的理念:动态时空、内实外虚、多维界面是证候具有的特征;以象为素,以素为候,以候为证是证候研究的依据;提取证候要素,厘定证候靶位,进行应证组合是完善辨证方法体系的步骤;据证言病,病证结合,方证对应是临床证候研究的主要原则;系统对照,回顾验证,互补互动是深化证候研究的重要措施。面对证候这样高度非线性的研究对象,我们预期达到广义相对论的整合效应。

Abstract:

There are many methods in the traditional differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.They have their own specialties,but to spread is not without difficulties.The aim of improving the research method system of differentiation of symptoms and signs is enriching the content of syndrome therapy and making it standard on the basis of summarizing the characteristic of each differentiation method.In this research,the following key ideas should be taken into consideration: dynamic time and space,interior-excess and exterior-deficiency and multi-dimensional interface are the characteristics of syndrome; Taking phenomenon as factor,factor as phenotype,phenotype as syndrome are the basis for the research of syndrome; Extracting the pivotal syndrome factors,identifying the syndrome target and combining the corresponding syndrome are the procedure for improving method system of differentiation of symptoms and signs; Diagnosing disease based on the existed syndrome,integrating disease and syndrome,corresponding prescription and syndrome are the major principles for clinical research on syndrome; Systematic control,reviewing the authentication,mutual complementation and practice are the main measures for further exploration of syndrome.Facing the high nonlinear research subject of syndrome,we have expected to get a integrative effect of the relativism theory with broad sense.
