摘要:

有明一代,脏腑辨证在金元基础上得到更广泛的应用。皇甫中就于《明医指掌》中大量运用脏腑辨证。皇甫中所运用脏腑辨证有如下特点:1)脏腑辨证,五脏为主。2)五脏辨证,肺居其首。3)脾胃病证,辨析详备。4)抓住病本,辨证入微。5)不囿成说,另辟蹊径。

Abstract:

The differentiation of symptoms and signs of Zang-fu organs received wide use in Ming dynasty based on the development of Jin-yuan dynasty.HUANG Fu-zhong widely used the differentiation of symptoms and signs of Zang-fu in Finger and Palm of Famous Physician in Ming Dynasty.It had the characteristic as follows: 1)taking five Zang organs as the main procedure when making differentiation of symptoms and signs of Zang-fu.2)taking lung as the chief when making differentiation of symptoms and signs of five Zang organs.3)the disease of spleen and stomach should differentiated in detail.4)grasping the basis of the disease and differentiating carefully.5)getting hold of disease foundation and opening up new ideas.
