肝病择时用药体会——读《素问·脏气法时论》

摘要:

日朝(寅卯)为春配属肝,日中(巳午)为夏配属心,日晡(申酉)为秋配属肺,夜半(亥子)为冬配属肾,再以辰戊丑未为土气配属脾。根据这一理论,当病邪侵犯某脏,其证候表现必在相应的某脏腑值时的时间内尤为明显;反之,正是某一病证表现最强烈的时辰,可判定病在某脏某腑,以确定治疗方法。研究发现,肝病患者病情有寒热虚实不同,而不同性质的不同阶段在不同季节和昼夜不同,人体阴阳气血节律的变化是不同的,择时施治,就是乘人体生理变化之势发挥作用,达到事半功倍之目的。

Abstract:

The morning time (Yin Mao) belongs to spring matched with liver,the noon time (Si Wu) to summer matched with heart,afternoon (Shen Yin) to autumn matched with lung,midnight (Hai Zi) to winter matched with kidney and the time of Chen,WU,Chou,Wei to earth matched with spleen.According to this theory,when a pathogenic factor invades into a internal organ,its syndrome and performance must especially be obvious in its corresponding time; Otherwise,at the time in which that illness appears the most intensively we can determine in what organ the disease locates and ascertain the therapeutic method.The research has discovered that the disease condition of the patients with liver disease can be cold,heat,excess and deficiency.The rhythmical change of Yin Yang Qi Xue in human body is different in different phase of different characteristic and at different season and different stage of day or night.Choosing different time to treat disease means to get the most therapeutic effect at a certain time according to the physiologic change of human body.
