| 摘要: |
| [目的] 比较不同入药方式香加皮中杠柳毒苷提取率,为香加皮药材入药方式的选择及临床用药的安全性提供参考。[方法] 采用不同入药方式(传统水煎煮、回流提取、浸渍提取)提取香加皮,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定,Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5µm),流动相为乙腈-水(27:73),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。计算提取的杠柳毒苷总量和提取率。[结果] 3种方法的提取率依次为57.84%、95.01%、99.85%。[结论] 应该关注不同入药方式引起的杠柳毒苷提取量问题。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To compare the extracted ratio of periplocin in Cortex Periplocae with different extracting manner.[Methods] Cortex Periplocae was extracted with different extracting manner (traditional decocting,refluxing or and macerating method).Extracted amount of periplocin was determined by HPLC and extracting ratio was calculated.[Results] The extracted ratios of these three methods were 57.84%,95.01%,99.85% respectively.[Conclusions] It should be noted that different extracting method can obtain different extracted amount of periplocin. |
