摘要:

肺阳虚追溯其源为肺虚寒。历代著名方书具体论述其病因、临床表现。研究古代医家所著方书中蕴藏的效方,取其精华,借鉴前人成功的肺虚寒证治经验。同时,今人也初拟肺阳虚的诊断要点,并进行大量实验验证,以充实肺阳虚证的研究。所以,肺阳虚证非但古恒有之,且理法方药兼备,其证型建议纳入现代脏腑辨证体系。

Abstract:

The syndrome of deficiency of lung-Yang is originated from the syndrome of deficiency and cold of the lung. Many famous books about the prescriptions in successive dynasties has mentioned its cause and the clinical symptoms of the disease. Investigating the effective prescriptions in those books written by ancient medical doctors, getting the creams in it, we can use their successful experience in treating the syndrome of the weakness and cold of lung. Simultaneously, the specialists now has already established some key points of the diagnosis and performed a majority of checking experiments to substantiate the research of the syndrome of the Yang-deficiency of lung. Therefore, The syndrome of deficiency of lung-Yang is not only existed in the ancient time but also possessed detail theory, method, prescription and drug etc. We suggests to get the syndrome into the modern system of syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu.
