| 从老年性痴呆(AD)研究的角度进行探讨,认为肾精亏虚为主的五脏虚衰是AD发生的病变基础,肾精充盛,髓海有余,脑主神明功能正常。反之,则发为痴呆。可知AD病位在脑。同时,具有补肾填精开窍的古方地黄饮子动物实验研究证实是治疗AD的有效方剂,对于探讨“脑主神明”说也提供了证据。因此,在从老年性痴呆的研究中应重新理清“心主神明”论,确立“脑主神明”说。 |

| From the research results of Alzheimer Dementia(AD) it is considered that deficiency and failure of five Zang mainly manifested as deficiency of kidney essence is the pathologic basis of AD onset. If the kidney-essence enough and the spinal marrow sufficient then the function of that the brain masters the mentality will be normal. Otherwise, the dementia will be occurred. From here we can know that the disease location of AD exists in the brain. Simultaneously, the Dihuangyinzi (Rehmannia glutinosa ), an ancient prescription having effect of tonifying kidney, replenishing essence and inducing resuscitation proved by animal experiments is an effective one. It also provides some evidences to explore that the brain masters mentality. From the research of AD we should make the theory of that the brain masters mentality clear and establish the theory of it. |
