| [目的]探讨参芪还力胶囊延缓衰老作用的机制。[方法]以0.09、0.18、0.53g/kg体质量剂量的参芪还力胶囊灌胃老年小鼠90d。[结果]参芪还力胶囊能明显降低老年小鼠肝组织中过氧化脂质降解产物(MDA)的含量,能增强老年小鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。[结论]参芪还力胶囊具有延缓衰老的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore the effect of Shenqi(ginseng and astragalus) Huanli (hyposthenia-recovery) capsule on senility-delaying. [Methods] The aged mouse was fed with Shenqi Huanli capsule. [Results] The Shenqi Huanli Capsule could reduce the content of MDA in liver tissue in aged mouse obviously, and can increase the activity of the glutathine peroxidase (GSH-PX) in serum. [Conclusions] The Shenqi Huanli Capsule has some senility-delaying effect. |
