中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的疗效。[方法]将198例患者随机分为两组,分别采用中西医结合(结合组99例)和常规(对照组99例)治疗,观察相关指标。[结果]与对照组比较,结合组患者治疗30d和90d时神经功能缺损评分均改善(P<0.05);90d时严重致残率加病死率降低(P<0.05),完全康复和轻微残疾率提高(P<0.05),社会功能活动(FAQ)改善(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗可明显改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能和生活质量,降低严重致残加病死率。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to observe the related indexes before and after treatment. [Results] Compared to control group, neurologic impairment score were improved on 30 and 90 days in integrated group (P<0.05); The rate of handicap due to severe disease and mortality on 90 days were decreased(P<0.05); The complete rehabilitation and the rate of light handicap were increased(P<0.05); The social function activity quality(FAQ) was improved(P<0.01). [Conclusions] The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine may obviously improve the nerve function and the quality of life in patients with acute brain hemorrhage and decrease the rate of handicap due to severe disease and mortality.
