摘要:

[目的]评价电针法治疗血管性痴呆的有效性。[方法]以尼达尔、喜德镇为对照药物,采用随机、双盲方法进行临床研究。采用了日常生活能力(ADL)量表,中文版简易智能状态检查(MMSE)量表等进行测评。两组治疗前后分别评分,评分结果经统计学处理。[结果]两组血管性痴呆患者经过3个月治疗,日常生活、活动能力、认知能力均较治疗前有明显提高,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01),试验组疗效优于对照组。[结论]电针法可明显提高血管性痴呆患者日常生活活动能力和总体认知功能,疗效较好。

Abstract:

[Objective] To evaluate effectivity of electric acupuncture method on treating vascular dementia. [Methods] To carry out clinical study by using randomly and double-blind method and control western medicine was Nimodipine and Dihydroergotoxine. To carry out measurement and appraisement on the ADL scale, MMSE scale, etc. [Results] The improvement of ADL and MMSE scale of treatment group have an obviously advantage than that of control group(P<0.01). [Conclusions] The electric acupuncture method may obviously increase activities of daily living ability and total recognition function of vascular dementia patients and had a better curative effect.
