| 当前,神经精神损害为系统性红斑狼疮主要的致残致死因素,其病理生理机制尚未完全阐明,在免疫抑制治疗的基础上,抗凝及抗血小板聚集治疗正逐渐引起风湿学界的广泛关注。研究发现,本病基本病机为"久病入络",辨治特点为"以通为用",且与中医络病理论具有高度相关性。 |

| Abstract: |
| Nowadays,neuropsychic damage has become the main factor of mutilation and lethality in systemic lupus erythematosus. But,its pathophysiologic mechanism is still unknown. Based on the immunosuppressive therapy,anticoagulation and antiaggregation of the blatelet are being induced close attention by rheumatologists all over the world. Our group has found that the primary mechanism of neuropsychic lupus is "pathogen usually intruding into ccollateral in protracted disease",and the differentiated therapeutic character is "taking unblocked transmission as normal functional state of six FU-organs". Moreover,it is highly related with the theory of collateral disease. |
