益气活血法对缺血性中风高危者血浆t-PA活性的影响

摘要:
[目的]了解缺血性中风高危人群凝血与纤溶功能状况,并为益气活血法预防缺血性中风临床方案的实施提供科学依据。[方法]将来院健康查体以及门诊就诊患者分为缺血性中风高危组和正常对照组,分别采取空腹肘静脉血标本(缺血性中风高危组在治疗前及治疗后各采1次),而后,采用发色底物法,使用酶标仪测定血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)活性,将所测得数据进行对比分析。[结果]正常对照组血浆t-PA活性为0.574kU/L>治疗组0.509kU/L>缺血性中风高危组0.412kU/L。经过比较显示:1)正常对照组显著高于缺血性中风高危组。2)治疗组显著高于缺血性中风高危组。[结论]1)使用血浆t-PA活性测定方法对缺血性中风高危人群进行评估,具有确切的临床实用价值。2)缺血性中风高危人群,血浆t-PA活性普遍降低。3)益气活血中药能提高人体血浆中t-PA的活性。

Effect of Yiqihuoxue method on plasma t-PA activity in patients with high risk of ischemic stroke

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe plasma t-PA activity and so to know the coagulation and fibrinolytic function in order to provide a scientific evidence for preventing and curing ischemic stroke in patients with high-risk group. [Methods] The selected people were randomly divided into three group: high risk of ischemic stroke group,ischemic stroke treatment group and normal control group. The plasma t-PA activity was determined and the data characteristic analyzed by colored substrate method. [Results] The plasmatic t-PA activity of normal control group was 0.574 kU/L and it in high risk of ischemic stroke group 0.412 kU/L,in ischemic stroke treatment group 0.509 kU/L. The blood plasma t-PA activity of normal control group was obviously higher than that of the high risk of ischemic stroke group and the plasma t-PA activity of ischemic stroke treatment group was obviously higher than that of high risk of ischemia stroke group. [Conclusions] The determination of plasma t-PA has important clinical useful value for differentiation of the patients with high risk of ischemic stroke.
