摘要:

少阴三急下证见于《伤寒论》,伤寒注家对少阴病用大承气汤急下一直存有疑问,古典医籍记载有"少阴急下"的内容,并没有指出"少阴急下"之名。故对少阴急下证的相关问题进行了简要论述与分析,并举医案医话,说明"少阴急下"是临床实际的真实记载,是古代医家的宝贵经验,是中医理论的重要组成部分。

Abstract:

The three types of Shaoyin syndrome requiring to be treated with urgent purgation was found in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. But the ancient doctors questioned whether DaChengqi decoction could be used to treat Shaoyin disease. There were some contents about Shaoyin syndrome requiring to be treated with urgent purgation in the ancient medical literature but no such name could be found. The corresponding problems about this treatment was briefly discussed and analyzed in this article. With the practice experience and talks in clinic it was explained that Shaoyin syndrome requiring to be treated with urgent purgation was the record of clinical practice and the important experience of ancient doctors. It was the main component in TCM theory.
