[目的]探讨化瘀消癥散结法-莪棱胶囊防治卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(EMA)术后复发的作用及其对机体血瘀状态及内分泌功能影响的作用机制。[方法]卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者60例。随机分为两组,中药治疗组采用保守手术方式治疗,手术前后分别应用莪棱胶囊治疗3个月,6粒/次,3次/d;西药对照组术前不用药,行保守手术治疗,术后应用丹那唑治疗3个月。分别于治疗前后检测血中雌二醇(E2)、乳激素(P)、泌乳素(PRL);血液流变学、甲皱微循环。[结果]两组间术后3、6、9个月复发病例比较,经卡方检验,无显著性差异,术后第12个月比较,具有统计学差异,P<0.05,表明本组研究中手术后第12个月,中药治疗组在防治卵巢内膜异位囊肿术后复发方面疗效优于丹那唑西药对照组;两组对患者血液流变学、甲皱微循环指标均有明显改善作用;中药治疗组对内分泌功能的调节作用优于西药对照组。[结论]手术前后连续应用中药莪棱胶囊可降低患者术后复发率,并可能通过调节机体血瘀状态及内分泌功能达到治疗目的。 |

Effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Sanjie on blood stasis state and endocrine function in preventing and treating postoperative EMA recurrence |

[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Huayu(removing blood stasis) Xiaozheng(resolving symptom) Sanjie(dispersing accumulated pathogens) method,the Eleng capsule,on preventing and treating postoperative EMA recurrence and the effect on blood stasis and endocrine function in patients with endometrial cyst. [Methods] Sixty postoperative EMA patients were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and western medicine control group. The patients of TCM treatment group were administrated with Eleng(Curcuma zedoaria and Sparganium stoloniferum) capsule before and after the operation and the patients of western medicine control group were administrated with danazol for three months. The blood E2,P,PRL,haemorheology and the microcirculation on nail bed were determined before and after treatment.[Results] The postoperative recurrence rate was not obviously different on the third,sixth and ninth month(P>0.05). But the postoperative recurrence rate was obviously different on the twelfth month(P<0.05). The curative effect of TCM treatment group was obviously better than that of Western medicine control group.[Conclusions] The Eleng capsule may decrease the postoperative EMA recurrence rate and its effect mechanism may be related to removing blood stasis state and regulation of endocrine function. |
