| [目的]通过测定外周血粒细胞黏附分子CD11b/CD18、凋亡相关基因bcl-2/bax表达的变化,探讨保元活血颗粒对老年气虚肾虚证患者的临床治疗作用。[方法]60例老年气虚肾虚证患者被随机分为两组,30例使用保元活血颗粒治疗,30例为空白对照组,通过流式细胞仪和图像分析系统,观察外周血粒细胞黏附分子CD11b/CD18、凋亡相关基因bcl-2/bax的表达变化。[结果]保元活血颗粒可使老年气虚肾虚证患者CD11b/CD18表达明显下降(P<0.01),bcl-2/bax表达明显提升(P<0.01)。[结论]保元活血颗粒对老年气虚肾虚证患者的黏附分子CD11b/CD18、凋亡基因bcl-2/bax有调节作用,这可能是保元活血颗粒治疗老年气虚肾虚证的作用机制之一。 |

| [Objective] To study the clinic influence of Baoyuan Huoxue(protecting vital QI and activating blood circulation) Granule in aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney by determining the level of CD11b/CD18 and bcl-2/bax.[Methods] Sixty such aged patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients in treatment group were treated with Baoyuanhuoxue granule and another 30 in control group received no treatment. The expression of CD11b/CD18 and bcl-2/bax before and after treatment in both groups was observed and analyzed.[Results] Baoyuan Huoxue Granule could reduce the level of CD11b/CD18(P<0.01),elevate the level of bcl-2/bax in the aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney (P<0.01).[Conclusions] Baoyuan Huoxue Granule may regulate the function of CD11b/CD18 and bcl-2/bax. This may probably one of the effect mechanism in treating aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney. |
