摘要:

[目的]观察尿激酶联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将43例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,23例用尿激酶+丹红注射液联合治疗为治疗组,其余20例用尿激酶治疗为对照组。治疗后分别在1、7、14d进行疗效评定。[结果]治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损评分无显著性差异,治疗后7d开始出现差异(P<0.01)。[结论]联合用药既能溶栓又能保护脑细胞,故能改善缺血后的神经功能并安全有效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] Forty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection and that of control group by Urokinase only. The curative effect evaluation was carried out on the 1,7,14 d.[Results] The neurologic impairment score hadn’t significant difference before treatment of two groups but had significant difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.01).[Conclusions] The combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection may improve neurologic impairment and is safety. It is effective method for thrombolysis and protection of brain cell. The curative effect of combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection group is more superior than that of Urokinase group only.
