摘要:

[目的]探讨从脾阴虚论治胰腺癌相关性腹泻的治疗效果。[方法]运用滋补脾阴中药治疗胰腺癌相关性腹泻30例,随机分组为治疗组(滋补脾阴中药组),对照组(常规治疗)。检验两组患者的中医症状总疗效、积分、消失时间与病程的关系。[结果]治疗组与对照组腹泻消失时间有显著差异,优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在中医症状总疗效、积分与病程无显著差异。[结论]运用滋补脾阴中药治疗胰腺癌相关性腹泻有一定疗效,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the curative effects of patients with pancreatic carcinoma related diarrhea based on the theory of Yin deficiency of spleen. [Methods] From January,1995 to June,2005 patients with pancreatic carcinoma related diarrhea were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine and conventional therapy. Thirty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The relation of total effective rate,symptoms integral,improvement rate and course of disease in patients of two groups was observed.[Results] The diarrhea disappearing time of treatment group was obviously shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). But there was no difference between total effective rate,symptoms scoring and course of diseases of the treatment and control group.[Conclusions] Traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of Yin deficiency of spleen has obvious curative effect in treating patients with pancreatic carcinoma related diarrhea.
