针刺对损毁弓状核大鼠所致骨质疏松症的干预研究 |

摘要: |
[目的]观察针刺足三里对损毁弓状核大鼠所致骨质疏松症的干预作用,以推测针效是否有赖于弓状核,性别因素是否影响针效。[方法]造模组新生期大鼠皮下注射谷氨酸单钠,120d后针刺组进行针刺,4个疗程后取胫骨和血清检测。[结果]针刺对照组骨矿物质含量(BMC)、骨密度(BMD)显著高于针刺造模组,针刺造模组与单纯造模组之间无显著性差异,雌鼠针刺对照组的BMD高于空白对照组;各组血钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、睾酮(T)、雌激素(E2)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、生长激素(GH)都有不同程度的变化,且有性别差异。[结论]弓状核是针刺足三里影响大鼠胫骨骨量的必要作用环节,性别因素对针效有明显影响。 |

Intervention of acupuncture on osteoporosis due to damaged arcuate nucleus in rats |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36) on rats with osteoporosis due to damaged Arcuate nucleus.[Methods] Newborn Wistar rats were injected by 10% MSG(4 g/kg) s.c. once every other day until the 9th day after birth. Meanwhile,the rats in control group were given by equal volume of normal saline. Acupuncture treatment was carried out after surviving for 120 days,then rats were killed and the blood index was determined.[Results] BMC,BMD of acupuncture control group were significantly higher than that in acupuncture model group,the latter wasn’t significant when compared with control model group. The changes of the level of serum Ca,P,ALP,T,E2,L-1β,IL-6,GH in every groups were obvious and were related with the change of sex.[Conclusions] The hypothalamic arcuate nucleus may be the necessary part for the influence of acupuncture treatment on tibia amount in rats. The sex has significant influence on the effect of acupuncture. |
