摘要:

叶天士创立了络病辨治理法,从络病辨治痹证,揭示了新久痹证皆可络病,既有外邪直中,又有病邪久留传入,病位有在经络之络和血脉之络的不同,于痹证络病的辨证中须明确寒热虚实,治疗上强调除施以常法外,更着眼于"通"字,恰当运用辛温通络、虫蚁通络、活血通络3法。

Abstract:

YE Tian-shi established a therapeutic method with differentiation of symptoms and signs according to collaterals disease. From this theory it introduced that both new happened or already existed arthralgia might result in collaterals disease. The type of disease included direct attacking of exogenous evil and invasion by pathogenic factor for a long staying. The position of disease could be locate on the collaterals of meridian and the collaterals of blood vessels. In the differentiation of symptoms and signs of arthralgia chills-fever and asthenia-sthenia must be identified. Besides strengthening the commonly used treatment,YE Tian-shi often emphasized the Tong method(removing obstruction) and introduced three methods: Xinwen Tongluo method(dredging collateral with pungent and warm drugs),Chongyi Tongluo method (dredging collateral with insect and ant) and Huoxue Tongluo method(activating blood circulation and dredging collateral). YE Tian-shi’s medication rule and experience had an important guidance role on increasing curative effect of arthralgia,especially the refractory one.
