摘要:

儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘主要表现为内外合邪、气滞血瘀、正虚邪恋,病理因素不外乎风、痰、瘀、虚等,临床证候常寒热错杂,虚实并见,治疗应宣降并用,痰瘀同治,消补兼施。

Abstract:

The main pathogenesis of variant asthma in children with cough was combination of exterior and interior pathogen,Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and deficient vital QI leading to lingering of pathogen. The pathologic factor was mainly the wind,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,etc. Clinical syndrome was intermingling cold and heat,deficiency and excess with the same severity occurring at the same time. The treatment would be combined dispersing and lowering,removing both phlegm and blood stasis at the same time and resolving and invigoration therapies being applied simultaneously.
