| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察热毒净及阿昔洛韦对EB病毒抗原表达有无抑制作用,并比较两者对EB病毒的作用强弱。[方法]免疫酶法测定热毒净及阿昔洛韦对Raji细胞早期抗原(EA)的表达,分别计算出两者的阻断率(IR)。[结果]热毒净在无毒的浓度下,对Raji细胞EB病毒EA抗原表达有较强的抑制作用,阿昔洛韦在实验的浓度下,对EB病毒EA抗原表达也有抑制作用。[结论]热毒净与阿昔洛韦比较能较强抑制EB病毒抗原的表达。 |

| [Objective] To observe the inhibitory effect of Redujing and Acyclovir on EB (Epstein-Barr) virus antigen expression and compare witch is more effective. [Methods] The effect of Redujing and Acyclovir on Raji cell’s early antigen(EA) expression was assayed by immunity enzyme technique,and IR is also calculated.[Results] At the non-toxic concentration,Redujing had strongly inhibitory effect on Raji cell EB-virus and Acyclovir also had inhibitory effect on Raji cell EB-virus.[Conclusions] Redujing have more inhibition to EB virus antigen expression than Acyclovir. |
