摘要:

[目的] 研究缺血性中风病急性期的预后相关因素。[方法] 对缺血性中风住院患者进行临床信息的采集,并对患者1a内的结局进行追踪分析。[结果] 共观察患者182例,剔除10例。1a内死亡7例,复发4例。年龄、性别、合并疾病情况和入院时患者的证候特征与中风病急性期预后有关。[结论] 高龄、男性、合并高血压、冠心病以及中医证候特点是中风病急性期的预后因素。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the prognosis correlation factors of acute ischemic stroke.[Methods] To acquired the clinical information of the ischemic stroke patients in hospital. And to made the follow-up study for one year.[Results] The 182 patients were entered into the study and 10 cases were kicked off. The 7 patients died and 4 recurred. The outcome of the stroke patients have the relation with the age,sex,combinated diseases and the character of patterns.[Conclusions] Senility,male,combinated hypertension or coronary heart disease,and the character of patterns are the prognosis factors of acute ischemic stroke.
