三棱莪术汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察三棱莪术汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效。[方法] 在常规治疗基础上,治疗组30例加用三棱莪术汤(黄芪、太子参、三棱、莪术等),对照组30例治疗包括常规扩冠、抗凝治疗。[结果] 临床总有效率、心电图总有效率、中医症状总有效率、硝酸甘油停减率治疗组结果均优于对照组。[结论] 三棱莪术汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sanleng(Sparganium stoloniferum) Ezhu(Curcuma zedoaria) decoction in treating stable angina of coronary heart disease.[Methods] Thirty patients in treatment group were treated by conventional therapy and Sanleng Ezhu decoction and those in control group by enlarging coronary artery and anticoagulant therapy.[Results] Sanleng Ezhu decoction could obviously increase total effective rate clinically and in electrocardiogram examination, TCM syndrome and could stop and decrease the rate of nitroglycerol taking.[Conclusions] Sanleng Ezhu decoction has obvious clinical effect in treating stable angina of coronary heart disease.
