对《素问·举痛论》寒邪致痛的认识

摘要:

深读《素问·举痛论》寒邪致痛之精华,探查寒邪致痛的虚实机制"不通则痛"、"不荣则痛",结合临床分辨虚实致痛之证,对寒邪致痛实痛者应逐瘀活血与温经散寒合用,对虚痛有瘀者,则以补为通,补气活血止痛。

Abstract:

The quintessence of cold factor leading to pains described in the theory of Jutong of Suwen(plain questions) in Internal Classic of Medicine and the effect mechanism of deficiency and stagnation of QI and Blood may also result in pain were deeply studied. The differentiation of symptoms and signs on the asthenia and sthenia syndrome may bring about pain. The sthenia pain was treated by combined promoting blood flow and eliminating stagnanted blood and promoting meridian and vessels and eliminating cold factor. The asthenia pain was treated by combined invigorating vital energy, promoting blood flow and eliminating pains.
