摘要: |
[目的] 研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包含五味子挥发油的最佳工艺。[方法] 综合包合物收率、挥发油利用率和包合物含油率3个指标,对研磨法、超声法和饱和水溶液法进行比较实验;采用L9(34)正交实验法,优选饱和水溶液法的最佳包合工艺条件;采用显微镜法、紫外分光光度法对包合物进行验证及稳定性考察。[结果] 优选出最佳包合工艺条件为:β-CD与挥发油的投料比为1:10,包合温度为80℃,包合时间为1h。包合物收率、挥发油利用率和包合物含油率分别为82.57%、93.88%、9.39%,包合物形成后具有明显的特征,且挥发油包合前后,成分未见明显改变,包合后制剂稳定性增强。[结论] 确定了五味子挥发油的β-CD包合最佳工艺,为包合物制剂学研究和质量控制提供依据。 |

Study on β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology for volatile oil of Schisandra Chinensis |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the optimum inclusions for volatile oil from Schisandra Chinensis by β-CD.[Methods] To make the oil-bearing, the utilazision ratio of volatile oil from schisandra chinensis and extract ratio of inclusion compound as indicators. To make a comparative test with the methods of trituration method,ultrasound method and saturarated water solution method; to use orthogonal design and select the best packed preparation condition of saturated water soltion method; to examine inclusion compound with microscope method and UV, and observe its stability.[Results] The optimum preparation conditions were estabilished as: β-CD: volatile oil was 1∶10, the inclusion tempereture was 80℃, and inclusion time for 1h.the oil-bearing, the ulilazision ratio of volatile oil from schinensis and extract ratio of inclusion compound were respectively 82.57%, 93.88% and 9.39%. Inclusion compound had the obvious characteristics, its contenta hadn’t obviously change and the prepariative stability was strengthened after included.[Conclusions] The optimum β-CD inclusion technology for volatile oil from Schisandra Chinensis was established and provide the basis for the study of inclusion preparation and quality control. |
