| [目的]与保和蜜丸对照,研究朱丹溪保和丸饮片颗粒治疗小儿积滞(乳食停滞证)的有效性与安全性。[方法]采用随机平行对照的方法进行临床对照研究。[结果]试验组愈显率为87.5%,对照组为77.5%,两组之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。对各中医证候的治疗消失率,两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。安全性指标观测未发现与试验药物有关的异常改变。[结论]保和丸饮片颗粒对小儿积滞(乳食停滞证)具有较好疗效,且临床应用安全性良好。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effect and safety of Baohe Pill pieces granule from ZHU Dan-xi’s in treating infantile accumulation (stagnation of milk and food) taking Baohe honeyed pill as control. [Methods] A randomized, parallel, controlled trial was designed for the clinical controlled study. [Results] The significant efficacy rate of the treatment group was 87.5% with 77.5% in control. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). In the disappearance rate of symptoms in TCM the significant difference was also not seen (P>0.05). In observing the safety index, no the test medicine related abnormal changes was found in both groups. [Conclusions] Baohe Pill pieces granule in the treatment of infantile accumulation of milk and food) has not only fine clinical curative effect, but also better safety. |
