| 在对近10年来针灸治疗痛经的文献总结归纳的基础上,就影响其疗效的主要因素进行了一些探讨。针灸治疗原发性痛经应把影响其疗效的因素综合起来,结合月经周期的节律性,根据患者自身的生理、病理及精神心理状态,实则泻之,虚则补之,实现个性化的治疗,从而提高临床疗效。 |

| To approachs the main factors of impacting therapeutic effect with acupuncture in the treatment of essential dysmenorrhea, basing on related literature for about then years. According to the physiology, pathology and mental state of the patient, basing on the rhythmicity of menstrual cycle, combining the factors of impacting therapeutic effect with acupuncture in the treatment of essential dysmenorrhea, treating the excess syndrome by purgation while treating the deficient syndrome by tonification, making to personal treatment. So therapeutic effect could be elevated. |
