| [目的]建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)对清心片中丹酚酸B的定量分析方法。[方法]采用HPLC法。色谱柱:YMC-packC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(3:10:1:59);检测波长:286nm;柱温:25℃。[结果]丹酚酸B质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。丹酚酸B的平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.46%(n=8)。[结论]该方法可用于清心片中丹酚酸B的含量测定。 |

| [Objective] To establish the determining method of the content of salvianolic acid B in Qingxin Tablet. [Methods] HPLC analysis was performed on a YMC-pack C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30:10:1:59) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 286 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. [Results] The standard curves of salvianolic acid B showed a good linearity and the average recovery weas 99.62% with RSD 1.46% (n=8). [Conclusions] The method can be used for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Qingxin Tablet. |
