主要对肺、脾、胰、肝、心、脑、肾脏等常见病、多发病医案举隅,专病论治。继承发掘,整理提高,以期培养后继科技人才,建立科学诚信,实现中医药现代化。为了探索中医药微观辨证学的发展趋势,在邪气、脏腑、病形理论及四诊辨证的引导下,结合运用现代科学检测,研制了脏腑、神经、免疫、激素和代谢调节病机链,以阐明疾病证候的实质变化,完成了微观辨证学及其学科群崛起,为新世纪中医药学的和谐发展开辟了新的途径。 |

Abstract: |
The book mainly discussed the inheritance and innovation of disease treatment and clinical medicine of TCM.The book summed up the clinical experience in the pathogenesis and treatment based on the syndrome differentiation and abnormal pulse,etc.and on the basis of discussing on typhoid fever and mixed disease.The summary scope mainly included medical records and notes of the frequently-occurring disease and special sickness treatment in the lung,spleen,pancreas,liver,heart,brain,kidney disease.Training qualified scientists and technicians and establishing science honesty to achieve modernization of TCM and pharmacy according to the principle of inheriting and exploring,sorting out and improving could finished.The developmental tendency of the microcosmic differentiation of TCM guided by the Xieqi(evils),Zang-fu organ,pathogenesis theory,syndrome differentiation of four diagnostic methods could be explored.Integrating and applying modern scientific detection technique,the pathogenesis chain of metabolic regulation on Zang-fu organ,nerve,immunity,hormone and metabolism was established in order to explain the substantial change of disease syndrome.The establishment of microcosmic differentiation and its branch learning was performed.A new pathway for harmonizing development of TCM in new century was set up. |
