| [目的]观察痔疮术后单用中药合针灸治疗的临床疗效。[方法]将100例痔疮手术后患者分为中、西医两组。中医组:中药凉血地黄汤加减内服、外洗及针灸治疗;西医组:抗生素、止血药等静脉点滴。并观察、统计疗效。[结果]两组疗效、痊愈率、术后并发症无明显差异。伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛、两便困难等方面,中医组优于西医组。[结论]痔术后中医治疗和西医治疗一样有效、安全。 |

| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of the method combining TCM herbs with Acupuncture and moxibusion on treating the haemorrhoids patient after operation.[Methods] One hundred patients with haemorrhoids were divided into two groups:TCM group and Western medicine group.TCM group were treated with Liangxue Dihuang decoction orally and acupuncture and moxibusion and the control group with antibiotics and haemostatics.The curative effect on patients of TCM group and western medicine group was observed.[Results] The curative effect,postoperative complications and recovery rate hadn’t obviously difference between patients of two groups.The symptoms improvement of the TCM group was better than that of the control group in the time of the wound healing,postoperative pain and urine and stool difficulty,etc.[Conclusions] The TCM methods and Western medicine are all safe and effective for treating haemorrhoids after operation. |
