| 围绕2型糖尿病的基本病理特点及临床演变规律,提出脾阴虚是2型糖尿病的始动环节;脾阴虚及阳致阴阳失衡进而影响脾气的运化散精功能,是2型糖尿病的基本病理基础;脾虚及肾、阴虚及阳是其主要病理转归。从宏观上揭示了2型糖尿病的病理发展规律,为辨证治疗2型糖尿病的各个阶段提供了理论基础和治疗手段。 |

| By reviewing the TCM literatures and the summary of clinical practice and according to the basic pathologic characteristics and the rule of clinical evolution it was suggested that the initiated stage in type 2 Diabetes was deficiency of spleen-yin.The imbalance of Spleen Yin and Yang could influence the transport and the disperse essence function of spleen further and therefore construct the pathological basis of type 2 Diabetes.The Deficiency of Spleen-Yin concerning kidney-Yang was the pathological regression of type 2 Diabetes.The rule of pathological development would be revealed and provide the theoretical basis and the therapeutic methods in symptom differentiated treatment on every stages of type 2 Diabetes. |
