| [目的]从微观角度研究分析重度烧伤患者不同时期,不同分型的舌象特点及存在的差异,探讨重度烧伤患者舌苔脱落细胞的特征及变化规律。[方法]依据中医舌诊理论,观察比较105例正常人(健康组)和97例重度烧伤患者的舌象,并借助舌苔脱落细胞检测方法,进行舌苔制片、镜检和分析,观察健康组和烧伤3组的舌苔涂片背景和细胞分布状况、脱落上皮细胞总数及其分类计数和舌苔细胞学其他指标计数。[结果]重度烧伤不同时期的舌象变化和舌苔脱落细胞有明显特征和规律。[结论]微观舌诊的观测对中西医结合治疗重度烧伤具有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To study the characteristics and differences of tongue pictures in microscopic field in burn patients’ of different type and at different period, discover the regularity of the exfoliative cells of tongue-coating in burn patients. [Methods] According to theory of inspection of the tongue in TCM, the tongue pictures of 105 normal persons(the healthy group) and 97 severe burn patients were observed and compared. Smear samples of the tongue-coating were obtained and examined for exfoliative cytology change microscopically and analyzed their background, state of cells dispersion, total amount of exfoliative epithelial cells and its classified number and other exfoliative cytology index. [Results] The results showed that the changes of tongue picture and exfoliative cell of coating of severe burn patients at different period had obvious regularity and character. [Conclusions] It is very important to combine the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine in treating severe burns. |
