| [目的]探讨单臂外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。[方法]采用回顾性分析的方法,对58例老年股骨颈骨折采用单臂外固定架治疗。[结果]功能评定按老年髋部骨折愈合标准,优40例,良17例,差1例。[结论]外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意,具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore clinical effect of single arm external fixation method on treating senium femoral bone inter-trochanter fractura. [Methods] To investigate fifty-eight patients with senium femoral bone inter-trochanter fractura who were achieved the treatment of single arm external fixation by using retrospective analysis method. [Results] The forty patients were excellent, seventeen patients were good effect and one patient was bad according to union standard of old ages hip fracture. [Conclusions] The external fixation method may enhance life quality of old ages and had a very satisfication curative effect and generalization perspective. |
