复合式针型氧传感器的研制及在体测量的应用研究

摘要:
[目的]从参比电极测试仪器等对研制的复合式针型氧传感器进行了改进,测试其性能,用于在体监测氧分压。[方法]以不锈钢注射针为参比电极,将指示电极穿入注射针内与针灸针柄复合成微型针灸针型氧电极;进一步研制了智能型四通道氧分压测试仪与计算机连用,实现智能化数据处理,并对实验性胃损伤家兔胃俞穴处的氧分压进行了监测。[结果]改进后复合式氧传感针可以更好的实现连续在体、定点、微创、动态实时监测活体组织深部氧分压变化;并集传感器与执行器功能于一体。在体测量表明,实验性胃损伤家兔胃俞穴处的氧分压存在特异性变化。[结论]改进后复合式氧传感器可以更好的实现连续在体、定点、微创、动态实时监测活体组织深部氧分压变化。

Compound needle-type oxygen sensor and its application for the measurement in Vivo

Abstract:
[Objective] The compound needle-type oxygen sensor was improved in the part of reference electrode and test equipment. Its performance was tested and then used to monitor the oxygen partial pressure in vivo. [Methods] A stainless syringe was used as the reference electrode. The indicating electrode was ripped into the needle to construct the compound needle-type oxygen sensor together with the stalk of the acupuncture needle. The intelligent four-channel oxygen tester was further developed through coupling with the computer. The intelligent data processing was achieved. The oxygen pressure was monitored in the stomach acupoints in rabbit with experimental stomach-trauma. [Results] The improved compound oxygen sensor can successfully real-time monitor the oxygen partial pressure of deep tissue in vivo continually, in a fixed point with minimal trauma, and set the sensor and treatment in one procedure. The measurement in vivo showed the existence of the specific changes of oxygen pressure in the stomach Shuxue in rabbit with experimental stomach-trauma. [Conclusions] The improved compound oxygen sensor can successfully finish a real-time monitoring of partial oxygen in deep tissue in vivo continually, in a fixed point with minimal trauma.
