| 制剂工艺是中药复方新药研究中的一个重要环节。由于中药复方的特殊性,中药复方的制剂工艺研究显得尤为困难,其因甚多,在一定程度上影响和制约了中药复方新药的研发和临床用药安全。以"肤敏膏"研发中相关制剂研究为启示,探析中药复方新药研发中的制剂工艺研究思路与方法。 |

| The preparation technology was a key step in the study on new compound drug of TCM. It was very difficult due to the particularity of the compound prescription and therefore affect and restrict the clinical medication safety of research of new compound drug in a certain degree. The article explored the thought and research methods in preparation technology of TCM compound prescription based on the results of the correlated research on Fumingao preparation. |
